There was a water pipe problem at an HMO that I own and water was leaking from under the sink. After calling a number of plumbers no one could attend for two days. I contacted Rated Trades who passed me onto Plumb London. They attended the same day and fixed the problem in under an hour. The plumber was friendly. helpful and experienced. Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Tomasz repaired the wooden frame of a period window in my house. It was a please dealing with him. He was available almost immediately and job was finished as discussed. Overall an excellent experience, and I will certainly call on him again if I need him for any other jobs.
Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.
