Cristina submitted a professional, detailed quote and proceeded to carry out and complete everything on that quote and more. I was out of the country at the time and was happy to rely on her completely. She went out of her way to search out excellent goods of good quality at reasonable prices, presenting me with photo's by e-mail for me to choose. It is most unusual to find a builder that presents work of this quality on a renovation. She is also a very pleasant young lady to work with. I will certainly be using her again.

The job was completed quickly and professionaly. The final cost of the job was exactly as quoted with no unexpected additions. The tradesman completed the job quickly and efficiently,. When there was a complication it was dealt with professionally and without any fuss. He even gave me useful advice about using my cooker safely, very thorough and informative.

Tim did a first class job on the radiator fitting. There were a few complications with the pipework, which he solved by buying and fitting new elements. Highly recommended. I will definitely use again!

At present, our work is still in its early stages, rectifying 90 years worth of previously bodged jobs. The CBA Team have been excellent so far, they arrive on time, work hard and do things the right way. I will be using them again once this project completes.
