Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm. I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service!
