After being let down I approached Andy and Ross: What a team I am absolutely delighted with my shower room, They paid attention to every detail nothing was a problem they are very professional and take pride in their work to achieve job satisfaction which I am very happy with good quality finishes and great value for money. I had a shower disaster, so needed it replaced and the walls repaired urgently. NJC plumbing responded quickly and completed the job in good time for a sensible price and to a high standard. Happy to recommend them for this sort of work.

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints. Very polite and explained everything he was doing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Zahid came out to us before my son was born and I have no problem recommending him for the Powerflush services he provided. He was quite thorough in his assessment of which radiators require more attention and also offered some refreshingly honest advice on how to reduce the impact of sludge build up in the heating system. He was excellent value for money and the job has probably saved us around £15/month in heating costs.

Really pleased with Tony and the work he carried out. It was an urgent job that he completed the same day and we were back up and running late afternoon. Great value as he sorted ojt a couple of other things for us. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.
