Gas Boiler - Installation
Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints. Very polite and explained everything he was doing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I found Gary to be reliable, trustworthy and efficient. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and at a competitive price. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing / heating jobs
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Positive: Friendly, responded quickly and could arrange an appointment to come at short notice. Negative: Not great value as 1) the boiler he came to check, which we suspected was leaking, had no problem. Apart from tightening some screws not much work was done here. 2) The sink problem was attended to and I thought was fixed but was leaking again soon after Gary left. Gary said it was a further 65 for the kit to fix the sink (excl call out & work?) so I got Dyno Plumbing in to fix it for 20 instead.

Hello iam sorry that you feel that way about the service I was originally coming to look to see if I can see where the damp patch on neighbours ceiling but as they were not home I taped up your old trap set up and on the understanding that I would be back over later in the week I've sent a message saying it would be Monday before I could get back over to edinburgh is iam from fife like I say sorry you feel that way about job and it was £65 to come from fife and supply the parts needed with another receipt.

Gary contacted me quickly and arrived when he said he would. Gary was smart and polite, did an excellent job fixing a leak for a very fair rate plus cleaned and tidied afterwards. Will definitely use him again. Recommended.

Gary contacted me really quickly and managed to fit a visit in on the back of other jobs. He was really helpful at explaining the issue he was looking at - it turns out I didn't need any repair work done, after Gary ran some checks and put my mind at ease.
