Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
Really pleased with the overall workmanship and finished job. Very friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend this company to any future applicants.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Quoted over £2k for a whole new shower. Turned out it was a leaky toilet which cost £80 to fix from someone else. Also kept taking calls whilst here making a point that it was “another customer” - really weird. Still had the audacity to ask if we wanted to pay for a new shower despite being told the toilet was leaking as was fixed. Crook.

Existing basin reset in New worktop with new tap and drainage. All done to schedule. On time, no waste, no mess and no dissruption. Friendly and reliable.
