I had thought about what may have caused the problem. Explained this to Carma and fixed an appointment. Turned up as promised, and had obviously prepared to find and apply a solution. Began diagnosis..Explained at every step what he was checking. A sound diagnosis depends on a systematic investigation. Soon found a possible solution, cleared away any other possible causes. Found fault, set up replacement of faulty part. Checked this would provide the solution. And made the change, Spot on Very tidy work.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Tom did a cracking job for us. Quoted late on Friday evening, started 1st thing monday morning. The quote was very competitive, the cheapest of 5 we had. Work was of excellent quality, did more than we asked for, Work was completed a lot faster than i expected, very clean and tidy and tidied up at the end of each day.
