He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Andrew was excellent. Had a quick chat on the phone and agreed for him to come to have a look at the washing machine the next afternoon. He arrived as agreed, and called me 1 hr beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was quick, efficient and cost exactly as we had agreed on the our call the day before. Minimum fuss. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using again if needed.
