Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t

The gas hob / appliances were installed well to our satisfaction. He took his time to check the gas and fittings etc. He was very patient. I would certainly recommend and use again.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
