Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!

I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150
