I have gained 17 years’ experience within the industry working on boilers and heating systems from general repairs to boiler installations old and new. I can also provide other services such as Landlord certificates, annual services and power flushes and much more. I pride myself on customer satisfaction and problem solving.
Maitham was at my house within an hour of me raising a ticket on an early Friday evening. Carried out a thorough investigation, had parts with him, fitted and tested them on the spot. Warmth has now been restored to my house in a quick and efficient manner. I will not hesitate to use Maitham again should the need arise.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Rodney and Joe have been very helpful with my request. Initially, there was a leak with the filter and this was fixed on the day. However, I also experienced a boiler pressure issue which Rodney and Joe have also fixed. Their work involved.1.Supplied and fitted new pressure relief valve 2. Reppresurised expansion vessel. 3. Cleaned out pressure relief valve system 4. Tested for leaks 5. Fired up boiler, tested and waited until it's fully functional. I would recommend Rodney and Joe for their services

The job to clear the bath, and as more complex than anticipated, but Dan made sure that he did everything to fix it. He put back everything he had to remove and left the bathroom clean and tidy. I Will definitely use the maintenance plumber again if we have any future plumbing issues

Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!
