Within a few minutes of posting my job, Red called me and arranged to come round that afternoon. He diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem in an extremely timely fashion, and even did a couple of extra jobs for me. I would most certainly recommend Red.

Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

I would give 6 stars if I could! Mike and Aaron showed a true passion and professionalism for their craft. Not only was my faulty boiler replaced in a day, but they also identified and made corrections to the previous installation. Really going the extra mile!

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Victor and his team worked on the kitchen for 3 days and I hardly even noticed they were there. They were tidy and very quiet. They did exactly as they said they would and started and finished on time. Really pleased with the workmanship. The finish is a lot better than I had hoped.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

Very happy with the friendly and professional service I received. He arrived on time, did not try to pull the wool over my eyes, did a clean and thorough job, and to top it off did not charge a ridiculous price. Excellent!
