Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.

My gas safe certification is about to lapse however my knowledge and qualifications are of the highest standard, as this is a new beginning for me I am reluctant to retake the course right now until I understand how beneficial it will be for me in the future. I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. They work well as a team and the finish is very good, so much so, that at the end i asked them back for further work which was carried out both quickly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I'd certainly recommend them to others seeking the services of professional plasterers.
