Top professional job by West energy services. Shame the guys that fitted the boiler to the property and promised the yearly service and warranty on the £1500 job couldn’t even reply to emails and texts. West gas services no job too small and thanks for turning out during the current crisis on time and on budget. Top marks??

Adam is a great tradesman. He responded to an emergency and laid tiles in my bathroom, installed a thermosthatic shower. Despite two years passing they are still in excellent working condition! He is truly professional, reliable, respectful and communicative. He also powerflush of my radiators, 2 years down the track the chemicals were still there, all working well. The only issue I had was with the electrician he worked in a tandem with, but Adam is trustworthy, 100% worth recommending! Thank you!

We came back from holiday to a broken boiler. We were lucky as we found this trader who came on the same day and changed our boiler the next day. We are very pleased about his customer service and the job itself. He was very polite, informative and knowledgeable. I would defo recommend this trader.

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.
