Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

He carried out the annual service of our Valiant combo-boiler, changed out a fuse and replaced another part that were no longer to code, and gave us useful advice on adjusting the settings on the boiler to maximise performance/manage costs. Rob is a great sounding board for creative and structural ideas and has a good eye for detail and design. They kept all work areas clean and tidy and had a friendly but professional attitude.
