Gas Fire
Had a gas engineer called Dav to service my gas fire and synchronise a new remote control. Before he came the fire was in working order but needed a new remote. Dav spent 2-3 hours taking the fire apart. Then claimed it needed a new gas valve. He demanded £150 and left After Dav left I found parts of the fire not put back. I called another engineer who discovered Dav had wrongly reassembled the fire. The fire now cannot be used and I have lost £150. I have reported Dav to gas safe.
