Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.

On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
