He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least

Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

The job to clear the bath, and as more complex than anticipated, but Dan made sure that he did everything to fix it. He put back everything he had to remove and left the bathroom clean and tidy. I Will definitely use the maintenance plumber again if we have any future plumbing issues

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Rodney and Joe have been very helpful with my request. Initially, there was a leak with the filter and this was fixed on the day. However, I also experienced a boiler pressure issue which Rodney and Joe have also fixed. Their work involved.1.Supplied and fitted new pressure relief valve 2. Reppresurised expansion vessel. 3. Cleaned out pressure relief valve system 4. Tested for leaks 5. Fired up boiler, tested and waited until it's fully functional. I would recommend Rodney and Joe for their services

So glad I had Ion and builder John work on my project.
