Simon came out to look at the job and then emailed a quote. This was too expensive in comparison to other quotes but Simon was friendly and polite.

This is the first time I've dealt with Phil Farleys establishment and I must truly say this mans workmanship is fantastic, finished on time and the quality work was very to a very high standard. After a few logistical problems; the lads who came and did the work, were professional, friendly and hard working. I thank them for doing such a cracking job of the back garden. It’s now low maintenance and looks fantastic.

This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

What stood out was that Mike & Chris arrived on time, the one time it wasn't possible I was informed straight away. Unusual in my experience with others. The work was carried out exactly as I wanted, I was consulted several times to make sure we were on the same page and great lengths were taken to make the work neat and tidy, as if it was their own property. Mike & Chris were both very nice and easy to get on with and Mike even checked I was happy with the work a few weeks later. I am happy to recommend.

I will like to say thank you to peninsula for doing such a good job on the plastering and also on the floor tiling. I would definitely recommend Peninsula to friends and family. He is very conscientious and also very tidy and cleans up afterwards too.
