Having spoken to Steve on the phone and by text, we agreed a date and time. However, Steve didn't turn up or call to say he wouldn't be coming. What a mess of a job leaks , sink and bathroom not fitted properly, seals bought not used. Very disappointing to say the least avoid avoid job took 3 days then get insulated that Victoria plumbing materials were cheap and threats to visit and rip out poor workmanship one of the worst handy man services ever not a construction firm more subcontracting non competent people. Had to get proper plumber to rectify mess

Very fast response. Fixed one of the problems but tried to get away with a lousy job for the other. When I said it was not acceptable, he changed the switch but didn’t do it correctly. As a result it kind of works but not as it should. I asked him to come and fixed it. He said he was going on holidays. I contacted him a few weeks later and he never replied. AVOID HIM. Not worth it.

Mark is a nice guy but out of his depth when installed an EV charger. He installed a charger I supplied wrong causing it to set fire. He was given multiple goes at fixing it first and then replacing it but also replaced it incorrectly causing that one to blow. I’m now >£1300 out of pocket and rising due to having to use public chargers and loss off smart off peak electricity rates. I have no choice but to take him to court now.
