Lewis phoned to discuss the job - asked detailed questions and gave a provisional quote. We arranged for him to come the next day; he arrived promptly, assessed the job and carried out all the repairs with no fuss or mess. I was really pleased with the way everything was done and would definitely use for any other electrical work.

Ben is a brilliant professional sparky who came to sort out our new hob installation on his day off. We had a good chat whilst he was working which I hope he didn't mind & he explained everything he was doing, he was prompt friendly & cleaned up after he finished the job & even used his own hoover, & his rate was very reasonable I expected to pay him more than he charged.. it's great to see a highly professional young tradesman doing a proper job ..so obviously I would recommend him...cheers Ben

He agreed to finish some work for us with a view to signing off the job he came twice, charged for the work both times which we immediately paid him for then went silent. We cannot get hold of him and he is completely ignoring us. Having been told various stories over the last few weeks as to why he couldn’t come, he has now decided it’s acceptable to ignore us. We would never have used him for the work he has done if he hadn’t promised to finish the job. He’s unprofessional and dishonest.

I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?
