Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We required an upgraded central heating system and decided to rewire and add some new electrical points at the same time. Tony assessed the work, and demonstrated that we didn’t need a full rewire, so his honesty saved us spending money we didn’t need to. He carried out the rest of the job working around our homeworking and disability requirements without disruption. Really pleased with everything.
