Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Electrician visited on the Monday and arranged to carry out task following Friday morning. He texted Thursday afternoon and said he couldn't get part until Monday, so would come at 9am Tuesday. He didn't appear Tuesday morning. I texted him at 10.30 asking where he was, but got no reply. I texted him again at 12.30 cancelling job. He texted me at 5.30pm stating his grampa had fallen.
