The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

What a hero! John arrived within an hour of our initial phone call despite it being late in the afternoon. He went above and beyond the line of duty systematically fixing not only the original posted job but others that reared their ugly heads in our old stone cottage. He would not leave for the evening (returning to repair the other problems a day later) until he was able to leave us with an electricity supply as it is needed to bring water to the house. I cannot fault any aspect of his work-top bloke too!

Needed a new shower plumbing in as we have no bath & only a shower so we had to keep our water turned off at the water mains , so we rang these guys & they immediately came out & fixed the problem right away within minutes , i would DEFO use these again in the future , there amazing & thankyou , frank LL22

Did an excellent job. They knew what they were doing and tidied up after each days work. Very helpful and gave me advice when i needed it. Very polite and efficient and will use them again when required in the new year for some more work

Aaron booked the job in and clearly advised the price. On the day he arrived a few minutes early, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind. Price exactly as quoted. What stood out was that Mike & Chris arrived on time, the one time it wasn't possible I was informed straight away. Unusual in my experience with others. The work was carried out exactly as I wanted, I was consulted several times to make sure we were on the same page and great lengths were taken to make the work neat and tidy, as if it was their own property. Mike & Chris were both very nice and easy to get on with and Mike even checked I was happy with the work a few weeks later. I am happy to recommend.
