Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done! (I had previously been told by a kitchen fitter that it would take 2 men 4 days). I will 100% be using Kes again Thank you

I cannot recommend Gary and his boys enough, they have done a fabulous job on my back garden with a new patio, artificial grass and brick built planters. I have already asked them to quote me for my front garden as would not use anyone else now. Thank you again Wilson Builders.

David did an amazing job with our space! He really listened to what we wanted and added his own creative touch, making everything look even better than we imagined. Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was a complex job but Vitaliy made the process less stressful. I was kept updated asked my opinion even on the smallest things.

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Completed the replacement of car park bollard lighting in a residents parking area to a very high standard, paying good attention to detail. Ensured good communication during quote stage providing details of a variety of lights to choose from. Site left tidy every day and cleared away on completion, would definitely use again and indeed have for a smaller job within own flat. All residents were pleased with the standard of finish and the quality of the work, Will and Dan who completed the work were polite and friendly.

Constantine and Costas are the best builders we've ever worked with. They are inspired collaborators and problem-solvers, passionate about their craft and keen to deliver what you want at the best price without cutting corners. They also have excellent plumbers, tilers, painters etc - without exception skilled, reliable and a pleasure to meet. Renovation is a stressful experience but we were amazed how much we enjoyed this period. We miss them! Don't let them slip through your fingers!

Alin and Adrian did a fantastic job. They fitted a new fuse board and added electrical sockets around my kitchen. They were efficient,punctual, and cleared up after they had finished. I would definitely recommend them.
