On the day, Carl contacted me early on to advise that he was running late and checked if a later arrival time would still be ok. This sort of helpful communication was greatly appreciated. Carl was very pleasant and explained a few things about the RCD/Consumer Unit that I would not have known and were useful for the future. He completed the job quickly and efficiently.
