Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. They cleared up before they left and made sure I was happy with the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again soon.
I can't rate Evans&Son; (Paul) highly enough. After meeting Paul only once I was comfortable enough to be able to handover the keys to the house (which is 200 miles away from where I now live) and let Paul get on with the job (painting all walls and woodwork, replacing carpets and floor tiles, and general maintenance jobs around the house). Paul did a fantastic job, was very competitively priced, and stuck to price originally quoted.
