I have been in and out of the electrical field for a number of years participating in domestic installations and attending 1st phase jobs whilst under level 3 electricians. I am now qualified to a “C&G’s level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations“ (domestic electrician),this includes being competent in testing, diagnosis and fault finding in regards to 1st phase electricity. I am familiar with all electrics that tie in with domestic household/ dwellings ie lighting/ ring mains, radial, cookers circuits etc. I am a fan of customer care which I value wholeheartedly as I enjoy fulfilling customers expectations as best as I can. I am honest as I have had customers issuing me their front door keys if the job takes longer than a day, i am an easy going person who enjoys customer and worker relations but I always concentrate on getting the job in hand done leaving the customer happy and satisfied and also making them feel that the job I did was money well spent. My prices are reasonable to good and I always issue an invoice and receipt.

Sam, Michael and the team did an excellent job on my replacement boiler. They communicated very well and were very polite and helpful. The boiler replacement and new radiators was performed flawlessly and they managed to deal with a few small repair jobs that were needed at the same time. Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
