Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Hi at jays property maintenance we run a family run business that are specialists in flat roofing new roofs Chimley rebuilds lead work and all aspects of property maintenance.with a 5 million public liability insurance.
I asked Jays to remove and replace some old cladding and being impressed with their work subsequently asked them to paint the rendered parts of my house. One wall was in particularly poor repair and need complete removal of the old render, stabilisation and repair and re-rendering. All the work was done thoroughly, with attention to detail by a very hard working and cheerful team. At every stage in the proceedings I felt in control. The result is excellent. I highly recommend them.
