Kenneth came to my property within a couple of hours of contract. He quickly found that it was faulty wiring and seemed concerned and made sure it was safe before leaving. He seemed genuinely concerned that it was safe. He returned and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and professional. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Really good tidy work. we needed some patchwork done on plaster board and Matt did a great job matching the textured ceiling. Very tidy and our lights look exactly how we wanted them to be.
