Great finish to bathroom floor which was awkward as roll too bath had to be removed and replaced once floor done. Very happy with result. Job took longer than planned but Sam explained that he had overbooked jobs and had other ongoing projects. This was the only issue but he always explained delays.

The team are very professional all parts of the job were well communicated verbally and quotes before the jobs commenced. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided
