The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.

Ben did a great job replacing worn pipework under our kitchen sink. He is a skilled, efficient worker who worked out how he could creatively improve our set up and achieved just that, providing us with much more space in that area. His prices are very fair and, on top of that, he is a very personable and polite young man. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.

Nick pulled out all the stops, excellent installation of a shower including wiring to the consumer unit downstairs, very nice to deal with, his plummer reccomendation was aslo really good. Couldnt be happier, thanks Nick!

Lee and Chloe were fantastic. They built a decking area for us which has transformed the garden. The quality of their work is excellent and their work ethic is superb. John met me as arranged to survey the job & agreed a date & time to carry out the work. He arrived as agreed & proceeded to carry out the work of upgrading the main consumer unit & testing the whole electrical system. Overall John is very reliable & competant at his job & I would recommend him to anyone.

mariusz and leszek did a good job with my bathroom and ensuite renov given the budget and the tight schedule i had (10days). i suggest be clear with what you want at the beginning and put everything down in writing.
