I posted 2 jobs, paid for 2 Electrical Installation Certificates in advance. 1 Pass 1 Fail, engineer issued Certs. He returned, completed tasks; I fully paid for main job & waited for the Pass Cert which did not arrive. He wanted payment for both before issuing the Pass Certificate I contacted 'Rated People'; he then issued a certificate but not the Installation Cert. I persevered, he then issued Installation cert, then I paid for the other task. I felt messed about & will AVOID AMPTECH IN THE FUTURE.

Jason came to provide me a new lawn, as the previous was installed very poorly. The end result is fantastic, but for me it was the craftsmanship on display up to that point that really impressed me. 1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.
