From the first quotation visit to completion of the job Dave Done (Avalon Electrical) was meticulous and highly competent. In the end we opted for a full rewire. We changed our plans on a daily basis and he adapted and fitted round what we were doing. We certainly feel that we had a fully professional job undertaken. We never knew just how much mess it would all make when chasing walls and moving switches. You need to invest in plenty of dust sheets!.

John installed our en suite shower room and tiled the floor and walls. We provided the sanitary ware and John helped source tiles with his trade discount. The work was done on time and to a high standard. We would recommend John to anyone looking for a reliable, quality tradesman.

it is correct that GF electrical did explain the cost was higher because i live outside of his work area. and that the mistake was made by Rated People.com i did not ,mean to imply that that his work or service was bad. Indeed he was very polite and professional in all our communications. i am sorry to have caused any misunderstandings

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

As the project had a tight deadline and my builder would be working at the same time, I needed an electrician who could liaise with him and get the job done in a timely fashion. Kevin didn't disappoint. He gave a competitive and thorough quote and stuck to it - plus all certificates which I needed for Building regulations were handed over on completion. Kevin's experience really showed. He gave me advice on choosing fittings etc and made sure I was happy with everything before it was fitted - the job went exactly as planned. Top job from a top bloke.

Dave renovated my mum's kitchen - knocking down an internal wall, bricking up a doorway and fitting a new door and kitchen. His price was mid range of the quotes we received. He did a good job, my mum was very happy with the end result. He also came back after being paid to correct/ replace a few things that needed fixing. He worked neatly and was very polite. The job did take a bit longer than we were told, however we would definitely use him again.
