We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional. CJ Mooney was very quick to answer my job, very professional and quite happy to answer insurance companies questions. He turned up on time and did a great job. Brad accommodated our changed project plan, attending on a Saturday. Brad was chosen due to his creative solution to our electrical problem and has done a terrific job of implementing the solution. Always returned our advice requests so we would definitely hire him again if required.

The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. I can't rate Evans&Son; (Paul) highly enough. After meeting Paul only once I was comfortable enough to be able to handover the keys to the house (which is 200 miles away from where I now live) and let Paul get on with the job (painting all walls and woodwork, replacing carpets and floor tiles, and general maintenance jobs around the house). Paul did a fantastic job, was very competitively priced, and stuck to price originally quoted.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.

Floor now looks amazing and the reclaimed blocks don't look out of place. Couldn't find a local tradesman so will use Rated People again when I need work doing on house
