My partner Sara is a very accomplished designer and painter and decorator. I have worked for the electricity board for many years and have industrial and home electrical nstallation experience. Showers, electric heating, underfloor heating, extra sockets, rewires, lighting, fuse boards, etc My son has just undertaken a 6 week plastering course, and with myself being self trained and helping, I am also trying to build up his business profile We are highly trustworthy and give a very fair price, We do not like or want to rip people off. I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. I also worked as a kitchen/bathroom fitter for John Lewis for a number of years and therefore am very conscientious of the quality of work expected from high-end clients. Really good tidy work. we needed some patchwork done on plaster board and Matt did a great job matching the textured ceiling. Very tidy and our lights look exactly how we wanted them to be.

Job: repair to damaged electrical cable and re-routing in period property. The job was carried out thoroughly and very neatly. Darren is very personable and professional. He turned up on time, was very thorough and made sure the new cable was safely routed (unlike the old one) tidied up spotlessly and stuck to the quote. Simon and Lewis were excellent to work with - positive demeanors, friendly and very tidy. They resolved a few unexpected issues with the re-wire without complaint and without quoting for the additional work. They were also quicker than expected. Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

John turned up promptly, took time and equipment to inspect indoors how damp was getting in from roof and explain possible causes, then quick to get ladder to the roof to investigate further. He explained everything, took photos up on the roof with his phone, and his advice and quote seemed reasonable and not pushy. Came back in a day, did all the work up on the roof which turned out to be a lot more than he thought (reconcrete parapet wall) but honoured price, came back again to replace tiles too. Top man.
