Did a really thoughtful restoration of our cloakroom. Took into consideration what was best for the client and achieved what the client wanted. New tiled floor and walls. Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Came out to look at job & quoted me. I text him the following day to accept the quote, he promised to come out end of following week. Didn't turn up, so I hired someone else as job needed doing asap. Not impressed by this company.
