Carl and the team undertook a full landscape, fencing and decking project. It wasn't a small task, with hidden tree stumps, heavily overgrown garden and uneven levels. Mark came out to look at the job and provided me with a reasonable quotation unlike DPW Electrical who just asked for details over the phone, I'm not sure how you can give a definitive quote like that! Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
