This is the first time I've dealt with Phil Farleys establishment and I must truly say this mans workmanship is fantastic, finished on time and the quality work was very to a very high standard. Simon came out to look at the job and then emailed a quote. This was too expensive in comparison to other quotes but Simon was friendly and polite.

Neil was amazing with my total house rewire, this was my first time using Rated as I am a new homeowner. WHAT A FIND!. He took the time to discuss all my ideas and even suggested one which I haven't even thought of. Did the rewire in two days and had a plasterer on hand to make good after. (who was also excellent) Neil even came back to hook up my appliances as I couldn't fit them till the rewire was done. If I ever need electrical work I know who i'm calling. Can't recommend enough

Superb! Above and beyond expectations - did some extra work without even mentioning it or charging above the original quote. Also, gave me some invaluable advice. Lovely team of father and son. As the project had a tight deadline and my builder would be working at the same time, I needed an electrician who could liaise with him and get the job done in a timely fashion. Kevin didn't disappoint. He gave a competitive and thorough quote and stuck to it - plus all certificates which I needed for Building regulations were handed over on completion. Kevin's experience really showed. He gave me advice on choosing fittings etc and made sure I was happy with everything before it was fitted - the job went exactly as planned. Top job from a top bloke.
