Neil identified and rectified a very unusual and difficult-to-find intermittent fault. Neil liaised with my tenant and kept in touch with me at all times, to let me know what was happening. I was very impressed with Neil's communication and professional skills and would have no hesitation in contacting him again. Thank you!

Neil was amazing with my total house rewire, this was my first time using Rated as I am a new homeowner. WHAT A FIND!. He took the time to discuss all my ideas and even suggested one which I haven't even thought of. Did the rewire in two days and had a plasterer on hand to make good after. (who was also excellent) Neil even came back to hook up my appliances as I couldn't fit them till the rewire was done. If I ever need electrical work I know who i'm calling. Can't recommend enough

Superb! Above and beyond expectations - did some extra work without even mentioning it or charging above the original quote. Also, gave me some invaluable advice. Lovely team of father and son.
