Fully tooled, insured and experienced enough to get round any problem you have as long as you can afford it! We are not cheap, but neither are these lead platforms so you are paying for the skills and knowledge. This is highly valuable to all our customers. Also, all works (except repairs) are guaranteed for 12 months (excluding materials) so you have peace of mind. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions being accepted, but if you want a copy of them prior to hiring, just ask! Terms * Rates are fair and charged in increments so no surprise costs! However, if your property has any surprises, then its up to you to let us know or we will charge accordingly for any extra work done in order to achieve the initial task. Please note, due to recent scams and the cost of living etc, all customers are now required to pay up front for all materials prior to installation. All new customers will be asked to pay up front for labour costs before works commence, just as you would buying anything from a store, we are no different to any other business and do not offer any form of credit nor do involuntary work, sorry. Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service.
