The whole team were (and still are!) fantastic from initial contact to end. They made site visits at very early times to suit me, returning with tools to test areas and offered to help with an asbestos enquiry (which I hadn't noticed). And all before being booked. The job took less time than planned, was exactly what was wanted and they left no trace of working. They also happily came back two weeks later to make some changes I wanted. I felt comfortable with all the team and really recommend them highly.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

Brilliant job - I was hesitant to hire as there weren't any ratings, but once I spoke to Stavros it was clear that he was a very diligent and reliable guy. Came up with a clever solution that allowed us to install power outlets where others had told us installation would not be possible. Finished work was of a very high standard - would definitely use again.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. Fantastic workmanship, punctual and very trustworthy. Felt comfortable handing over the keys to my house so that they could get on with it whilst I was at work. I asked for quite a lot of work to be done and was pleasantly surprised by the quote too which was very reasonable considering the quality of the work.

Lukasz and team did a great job with our kitchen refurb project. They stripped out our old kitchen completely, re did plumbing/electricity and installed new units & tiles etc. They were polite, hardworking and easy to work with. Would recommend!
