Honestly the only reason I didn’t put the full 5 star is that I didn’t get a full explanation of the issue as the guys were working through, usually I like being explained as the issue is being investigated - maybe that is just my personal preference!

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
