James came to repair my sash window. He did an excellent job in repairing the cord including other works on the window that was required. These are old windows and he was careful with them. He was fast, clean and efficient. He explained what he was doing, asked me to try the window to make sure it was to my satisfaction before he left. Job well done.

Good initial advice offered and job completed as per quote. 1 star down as did not turn up on original date arranged and took a while to get correct facia fitted to finalise the job. However, on 2nd arranged date, all main work was completed first thing and all is in good working order, so on balance we would definitely recommend.

Ian and Peter were extremely adept at identifying the issues with the wiring of our kitchen, providing a quote with a fast turnaround. On the day of the fix, the two of them were professional, polite and personable, sorting the issue and explaining what the issue was and what steps had been taken to rectify the problem. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

We hired Ryan to rewire our whole house and he did the job to a professional and high standard in just over 6 days including working on the weekend. Ryan didn’t hesitate to answer my many questions and he kept us updated throughout the whole job. Ryan is a knowledgeable and trustworthy guy who fulfilled all our expectations.
