Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.

When you contact them because you need a tradesman , potentially urgently they will agree to provide a technician/engineer and they charge an up front fee (£120 in my case) and advise that their engineer will then charge £120 for the first hour and each hour thereafter. Factually correct. But what's actually happened here is they have simply passed your job to a third party and charged £120 for the privilege. Just a rip off really.
