From the very prompt response to our initial enquiry, the site visit the next day, the speedy, detailed and reasonable quote through to the efficient and polite way that the work was carried out within a very short time, we were really impressed. Emails were answered within hours, appointments were kept, additional work was taken on without problems and telephone and email updates provided throughout. Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout.
