Jason came to provide me a new lawn, as the previous was installed very poorly. The end result is fantastic, but for me it was the craftsmanship on display up to that point that really impressed me. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.

We are 3 generations of the family specializing in Plumbing, Electrics and Building. Between us we feel we are able to accommodate a customers every need and take the job from planning to completion or work individually within our specific trades.
Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.
