Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. They worked incredibly hard and to the highest quality. They have been readily available to come over and finish off the final snags. We look forward to working with TBC again for our loft!

Needed plug sockets and bathroom extractor fan repaired. Only repaired one plug saying other couldn’t be fixed and cleaned extractor fan claiming it now worked. Since got second opinion and plug can be repaired and extractor fan still no good so need to pay for someone else to fit a new one. Fan stuck really badly to wall, looks awful and left dirty hand prints all over the paint work. In summary I paid £75 to essentially have a plug repaired.
