Fadi is very profesional. We asked him to do a number of jobs; replacing a valve in the hot water system, replacing a kitchen tap, fitting new plumbig to the wash basins and replacing a toilet. The quote was very reasonable. A start date was aggredd and he arrived on time and got on with the work. We were kept informed on progress. He cleaned up after completing the work. There were two sessions, the socond the replace the old toilet. Everything works. Great job. He is also a very friendy chap..

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. Lewis Brown is good with the spiel, but can't or won't back it up with his actions 'The best tilers, a good carpenter", none of this was evident. A total lack of professionalism. Never used dust sheets, didn't have anything to mop water up with, left a mess every evening. And if he gives you a time for anything add 3 hours minimum.
