A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Fadi is very profesional. We asked him to do a number of jobs; replacing a valve in the hot water system, replacing a kitchen tap, fitting new plumbig to the wash basins and replacing a toilet. The quote was very reasonable. A start date was aggredd and he arrived on time and got on with the work. We were kept informed on progress. He cleaned up after completing the work. There were two sessions, the socond the replace the old toilet. Everything works. Great job. He is also a very friendy chap..
